Government is our largest vertical. It began with our first government project in 2019 and now adds about two new contracts a month. Most work arrives as a tender on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) or the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPP).

Once a contract is awarded, we either re-badge the existing workforce onto our payroll or hire fresh against the sanctioned posts. Then we run wages, statutory compliance and department reporting, month after month.

Government hiring covers every collar and every tier. A single contract can include multi-tasking staff, drivers and data entry operators alongside technicians, IT engineers and research associates.
