Dr. Gauravv Mittal

Before he started ITCONS in 2007, Dr. Mittal spent years inside leading IT companies as a Chief Technology Officer, programme manager and operations head. He saw first hand how slow and opaque technical hiring could be, from sorting resumes to judging candidates fairly and keeping up with compliance. ITCONS began as his answer to that problem, and grew into a pan-India staffing company that listed on the BSE in March 2023.

He runs the company on three values: trust, truthfulness and transparency. His own model of leadership, which he calls the Core TEN, rests on training, empowerment and networking. He hires for talent, gives teams the room to decide, and asks them to “move and move fast, but on the right track.”

Outside ITCONS he is Chairperson and Managing Trustee of the Mahakal Maharaj Bikaner Sewa Mandir Trust, which runs the DiViNiTi School and Daycare chain, and the founder of MahhaGuru NavGrah. He is also an angel investor, a mentor to student entrepreneurs, and a regular speaker at business and technology institutes.
