Consulting is the newest of our four verticals. It grew out of two things ITCONS has always done for itself: building software, which is how the company started in 2007, and running payroll and statutory compliance for a large workforce every month.

Clients come to it for business consulting on processes and growth, for software and system development, for HR policies and organisation design, for labour-law compliance and audits, and for payroll run outside their own walls.

Because the same people run payroll and compliance for our own roster, the advice is tested in practice. And because staffing is our core business, projects do not stall for people.
