Should be managing IT Operations for an international BPO with more than 500+ employees having a team of 20+ engineers. The Candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Administer IT infrastructure (more than 500 PC/ Servers; ensuring high availability and uptime commitment. Understand user and management needs and deliver result under extreme pressure. Strategize IT initiatives and facilitate in creating IT road maps Implement IT policy, Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Plans and projects assigned by the management or proactively Facilitate the team to achieve organizational objectives and increased productivity. Profile: Graduates + MBA with experience in a Domestics/International BPO in the same/similar capacity. Good Communication skills, High energy.
